Six communities. The standard for luxury living in West Boca.
All six communities were developed by GL Homes along the Lyons Road and Glades Road corridor in West Boca Raton and Delray Beach. The Bridges collection came first; the Lotus collection followed with a more contemporary design language. Pricing, availability, and HOA figures shift often — treat every number here as a conversation starter, not a quote.
The Bridges Collection
The Bridges
West Boca Raton, FL
Where the Bridges collection began, welcoming residents from 2013 to 2016 across 299 acres of lakes, waterfalls, and lush landscaping behind a signature bridge entryway. The Bridges delivers the gated, resort-caliber lifestyle GL Homes is known for, without country club fees, and its established canopy and settled streets are something no newer build in the corridor can replicate.
Seven Bridges
Delray Beach, FL
Seven Bridges redefines resort-style living around a 30,000 sq. ft. clubhouse anchored by Prime 7 Steakhouse, an in-community Starbucks, a sophisticated lounge, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility. Thirteen tennis courts, indoor and outdoor basketball, and three resort-style pools, including a dedicated splash park, round out one of the most active social calendars in West Boca. It's also where I've had some of my strongest results.
Boca Bridges
Lyons Road, north of Clint Moore Rd, Boca Raton, FL
Boca Bridges brings the luxe life to West Boca: over 500 homes across five collections, from the Atlantic Collection to the flagship Empire Collection, anchored by a 27,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a full-service restaurant, resort-style pools, and a lifestyle director running year-round programming. No initiation, no equity, no country club fees. I hold the records here for the highest sale price, the highest price per square foot, and the lowest time on market, selling multiple homes in the Empire Collection, the community's most prestigious.
The Lotus Collection
Lotus
North of Clint Moore Rd, east of Lyons Rd, Boca Raton, FL
The original Lotus, welcoming its first residents in 2019 and reaching full build-out by 2023. Its 30,000 sq. ft. clubhouse set the standard the rest of the Lotus collection would follow, with a lap pool, indoor basketball court, outdoor café, game room, seven tennis courts, and six pickleball courts, all built for buyers who want their fitness routine and social life within a five-minute walk of home.
Lotus Palm
North of Glades Rd, west of Florida's Turnpike, Boca Raton, FL
Lotus Palm carries the Lotus name into its most refined chapter yet: a 26,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with full-service dining, a lounge, group training studio, and an indoor multi-sport complex, set among beach-entry and lap pools, tennis, and pickleball. I've closed three homes here: two Fiji Collection new builds on Crystal Downs Avenue at $1,828,900 and $1,950,000, plus $2,400,000 on Ganton Drive, working directly with GL Homes as the builder's sales agent.
Lotus Edge
Corner of Lyons & Glades Rd, south of Olympic Heights High School, Boca Raton, FL
The newest and most ambitious chapter of the Lotus story, redefining luxury living in Boca Raton with 100% contemporary design across the Fiji and Bali collections, from $1.7M to $4M. The 39,000 sq. ft. clubhouse is now fully open, with a world-class racquet club, wellness retreat, and resort-style pools. I closed two Bali Collection homes on Royal Woods Manor here — $2,650,000 and $2,046,599 — both sold directly for GL Homes as builder inventory.
